Inajo Davis Chappell

Inajo Davis Chappell

Appointed: 2021 (Term Ends: March 2027)

Background: Inajo is a retired law partner with the form of Ulmer & Berne LLP (now known as UBGreensfelder). Having chaired her law firm’s Nonprofit Practice Group and served on a variety of nonprofit community boards for many years, in retirement Ms. Chappell remains active and engaged in civic and community life in Northeast Ohio. Inajo serves as a board member and Chair of the Governance Committee of the MetroHealth Hospital System, Chair of the Board of Directors of Say YES Cleveland Scholarship, Inc., and board member of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. 

 


John Corlett

John Corlett - Secretary 

Appointed: 2022 (Term Ends: March 2026)

Background: Corlett’s career has included leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as the State of Ohio’s Medicaid Director. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Centers for Families and Children, First Year Cleveland, Lakewood Community Service Society, the United Way of Greater Cleveland, and the Woodruff Foundation. 

 


Maureen Dee

Maureen Dee

Appointed: 2014 (Term Ends: March 2024)

Education: Master’s degree in social services administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Master's in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Background:   As a Licensed Supervising Social Worker (LISW-S - Ohio) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor and Supervisor (LICDC-CS,) she has extensive experience in Behavioral Health Administration and in the provision of mental health and chemical dependency treatment services to children, youth, adults, and their families, in community-based settings.   

 


Sharon Dumas

Sharon Dumas

Appointed: 2024 (Term Ends: March 2029)

Education: Master’s degree in accounting and financial information systems Cleveland State University

Background:  Dumas’s career has included leadership roles in boteh the public and private sector for more than 40 years.  She retired from the City of Cleveland in January 2022; where she served as Director of Finance from 2006-2021 and additional Interim Chief of Staff for the Jackson Administration in 2017-2021.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Ohio Sewer District.

 


Ronald Dziedzicki

Ronald Dziedzicki

Appointed: 2024 (Term Ends: March 2029)

Education: MSS, United States Army War College, MBA John Carroll University, BS in Nursing, Ursuline College.

Background: Mr. Dziedzicki currently serves as an Independent Consultant.  Dziedzicki has a career spanning over forty years devoted exclusively to leadership and health care.  He retired as the Chief Operating Officer of University Hospitals-Cleveland Medical Center and University Hospitals Physician Services in 2019.  Mr. Dziedzicki retired as a Major General from the United States Army Reserve in 2016 after 32 years of service to the Nation.

 


John Moss

Appointed: 2010 (Term Ends: March 2028)

Employment: Moss has been a Financial Advisor since 1992, and currently serves as Senior Vice President with UBS Financial Services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in history from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, 1983; MBA in finance from the University of Akron, 1987.

Background: He served on the MetroHealth Foundation Board, Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Municipal School District, and Vice President of the Board of Cleveland Public Library.   John and is wife, Karen, have resided in the Tremont neighborhood since 1989, and are the proud parents of their daughter who is a third-year medical student at the University of Toledo.


E. Harry Walker, MD

E. Harry Walker, MD - Chair

Appointed: 2021 (Term Ends: March 2025)

Education: Bachelor's degree, Williams College, 1971; M.D., University of Cincinnati Medical School, 1975.

Background: Dr. Walker spent his 32-year career at MetroHealth and retired as the system’s Senior Vice President for ambulatory operations. In his practice, he specialized in internal medicine and led MetroHealth’s primary care department for over 15 years.
